I built Roastflow because I was tired of watching good roasters lose hours every week reconciling Shopify, QuickBooks, and a spreadsheet that nobody trusted. This is the tool I wanted — honest inventory, roast loss done right, and real COGS you can price against.

Is Roastflow ready to use, or still being built?
Roastflow is in free public beta. The core pieces — green coffee inventory, Shopify and WooCommerce sync, the roast logger, and pricing tools — are live and in use by real roasters. Larger features like the full B2B portal and ML insights are actively shipping.
What happens to my data?
It's yours. You can export every roast log, inventory record, and order as CSV from your dashboard at any time. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI models.
Can I bring data in from Cropster, Artisan, or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Roastflow imports Artisan .alog profiles directly, and there are CSV importers for lots, products, and order history. Migrating from Cropster or another platform? Email us — we'll help you move.
Which integrations are live?
Shopify and WooCommerce are live today. QuickBooks, Xero, and ShipStation are in active development. Squarespace commerce is scaffolded and shipping soon.
How much will it cost when beta ends?
Beta is free while we finish building. When paid plans turn on, beta users get grandfathered pricing. Current plan tiers and what's included on each are published on the pricing page.
How do I get support?
Email support@roastflow.io — the founder reads every message and usually replies the same day. Urgent bugs are triaged and fixed within 24 hours.
Who is Roastflow for?
Specialty coffee roasters running anywhere from 20 to 2,000 lbs per week who are tired of spreadsheets, inventory drift, and manual QuickBooks entry. Single-person shops through small multi-roaster wholesale operations.
